  1. The extent Apple goes to force the customer into getting more money out of them is ridiculous. Apple will charge you £1200 to fix your laptop, Louis will teach you to fix it for free. Apple won't tell you any of these "catch 22's", Louis will. Of which, I had no idea Apple went to this extent to force the consumer back to themselves. Again, Louis will inform you for free. 👍
