  1.  @pyroslove2519  Same. I bought a few acres and built on it. All in all, the house cost £2500 to build, land was £11k per acre. I own my car and it's extremely easy to fix. For less than a mortgage deposit for a small house in the UK, I bought land, a home a car and don't have to worry about debts. The only issue is it's not as convienient as I collect my water and harvest my electricity from the sun/wind.

  2. A VW camper in the UK, (actual van, not an R.V) goes from between $25>45k. Used. A new camper van is easy part of $50k.
