@pyroslove2519 Same. I bought a few acres and built on it. All in all, the house cost £2500 to build, land was £11k per acre. I own my car and it's extremely easy to fix. For less than a mortgage deposit for a small house in the UK, I bought land, a home a car and don't have to worry about debts. The only issue is it's not as convienient as I collect my water and harvest my electricity from the sun/wind.

The UK is currently at the most expensive time to be alive. The salary/house price ratio is 8:1. I dare say that 20% if not more, are homeless. Counting those that aren't able to buy/rent a home and are stuck in MHO/Parents. Those that are living in a vehicle.

In my country, I prefer to stay in a hotel chain; they have restaurants + bars on site. Cheaper and far more convenient.

A VW camper in the UK, (actual van, not an R.V) goes from between $25>45k. Used. A new camper van is easy part of $50k.

@grimaffiliations3671 Look past the party label and remember that Tony Blair - the liar that got thousands of people killed and cost £Billions - has been Knighted. He's a war criminal. The UK government are one. One big den of liars and crooks.

Being rich, usually comes at the expense of building a character that has few stories to tell and adventures to share. Heck, a lot of average people do F.A with their spare time.
