  1. I work in an extremely male dominated industry, it's very dangerous and often breaks men that aren't fit/strong enough. I head the team, I have 3 team leaders and 20 men. I routinely see young lads that are physically and mentally weak, broken by the men. The trends in these lads that don't last are: 19-25 Physically weak bodies - very little muscle mass. Unable to take banter or give it back. Almost always backs down in confrontation (Even simply approaching some older blokes for a question/answer. Isn't hostile) Fictional tattoos (Not a joke; superhero/comic tattoos) Talks about stuff on face book/glued to social media/tiktok on down time Unable to raise their voice. I.e Talk with enough volume over the noise and distractions Unable to get to work on time because, and i quote, ' 6am is too early'
