  1. EA pays their CEO 35 million a year. Perhaps they should justify that salary, rather than laying off hundreds of people. Perhaps those millions of dollars could be spent putting those people's jobs into different areas or developing/evolving the sector EA deems no longer required. It's a shame people rely on EA for their livelihood; the only way to get a point across to a company like that is through our combined wallets, yet not supporting the company puts many, many jobs at risk.

  2.  @TarsonTalon  My day job is in a similar position to a CEO, yet in an Engineering role. I've laid people off and had roles/departments merged to save jobs and more importantly, put talented people in more ideal roles. Apologies for speaking out; as you said, I'm not allowed to voice my opinion. Or as you put it 'You don't get to jump on the hate train'. Out side of my job I have my own opinion, I'm not bothered about the games tbh, I speak out against the corporate greed that, I myself, am apart of. Sometimes I struggle to sleep at night over the choices I've made and the jobs I taken from people. But hey, I'm a stranger on the internet, what do I know about the gaming industry. ✌
