The Norwegian royal family apparently cost the country £55 million a year, where as the UK royal family cost half a billion per year. Heck, the Norwegian King is six years older than Charles and competed on a national level at 79! What's charles done besides visit certain 'islands' and wait for his turn in the spot light.

@mancuniangamecat8288 Yet how much of that is actual revenue and put back into the country, rather than pocket lining? Are there other businesses that's operating costs of £500M a year, generate £2.5B in revenue. Or even after tax profits?

@beepresent8636 I don't mean to be rude, but your argument is devoid of any sound reasoning. It's 2023, virtually all of the UK has internet access. The excuse of not knowing is preposterous and simply has no weight. As for the money: Tough. Accept the loss rather than risk your life. If you can't afford the loss, then you shouldn't be going on holiday. Who's fault is it for not researching your destination? It's a few minuets , heck, just type the country name in google and hit enter.
