  2. The public really is completely useless in stressful situations. Alcohol alone could of caused the harm/deaths of multiple people; truly Dutch courage.

  3.  @plastic9000  In the U.K our Police don't carry firearms. The amount of people that are beaten to death, crippled, hospitalised, raped and stabbed because of alcohol, is unreal. When you see a group gather around the Police with intent to really harm them, you realise why the Police should shoot.
