  2.  @devinbones1638  Yes, been driving for a few decades now. I also now how to obey the rules of the road as I understand the difference between 35 and 40. I understand that if you're allowed to get away with 40, why not 45 or 48. Heck push it to 50 perhaps? Difference is, I don't make excuses to myself to excuse me from doing wrong.

  4. Speeding is speeding. The road is 35 not 40, so why not just do 35? Where do you draw the line?
