  1. I've been in 'monk mode' for 3 years now. Honestly, it was the best choice I've made in my life - I've learnt that pleasure isn't good. No alcohol, drugs, fast food, women and social media. Cut out the distractions and your life improves in magnitudes, yet be prepared for the harsh realities of society. You'll see how long and how extensive the trappings of society have had you.

  2.  @PuchimonExtreme  So social media for me is facebook, instagram, tiktok and twitter. Plus the MSM. My youtube is more of a TV channel to me, only I get to watch things I'm interested in or benefits me. I.e. work and hobbies. I'll play video games, but it's not massively into them. Same with movies and T.V series; I'll watch the odd series that interests me.
