  1.  @Commandotoad  Agree. There's a huge difference between being an indentured slave with the literal inability to escape, and homeless through poor life choices.

  3. Don't be silly now - far worse can happen in the USA. If you became homeless in the USA, you're almost guaranteed to be an addict within the year. These people aren't turning to drugs, they're working....far stronger people than any modern, western society.
