I'll share the effects of tiktok: My 8 year old niece is being checked by doctors for a learning difficulty / mental disorder because of her addiction to tiktok. My sister is convinced it's ADHD. It's so bad that my niece literally sits in a foetal position for hours at a time, without once looking away from the screen that's inches from her face. Her mother has to text her to remind her to use the bathroom, eat and drink. Yes I've highlighted this to my sister, yet because I insist on raising this concern, it's actually ruined our relationship. All because both mother and daughter are addicted. 😔

@siddbastard Did you read what I put? Niece is a female. Also Niece indicates that she isn't my child. PLUS - My relationship with my sister is ruined due to my insistence in pointing out the dangers and her ignorance.

@carmensandiego1727 I don't doubt my sister cares, it's more that people will go to lengths to deny the truth. Like this fact: Every single person in the UK has links to alcoholism, be it directly or not.
