  4. If I were PM, I'd tell her in person and televise it to the public. I'd also be visiting the hospital, and it's managing team, to accept their resignations and discuss their prosecutions. No 'gardeners leave'!

  6. I bet the social workers on the ground (That get paid barely anything), were hamstrung and bound by their "higher ups". That "man" (what man kills a child!?) was just another useless waster on society; soft hand of the law giving him probation and community service.
