  1. I think there probably is people living out there in remote areas. I see more and more people living off grid. But true, it’s far and would be expensive if you wanted all the amenities. Some places wouldn’t be possible. So if you bought property so far, would cost a lot to get water, sewer, electricity hook ups. So people that live off grid take an approach of less is more. Perhaps like many stealth campers, they live for example solar power, composting, star link, coming in when they need to. But till hydro and other companies like that expand their service to remote locations, would be to difficult for those that don’t want to live off grid, want all the usual amenities as those in the city, but cost to much.
