  1. Massive assumptions and generalisations right there. My average house in an average suburb will for most, take a lifetime to pay for. That's roughly how long it took me. What's the alternative? Set up a tent in a park? Sleep in a car? Move to a cheap village where there is no work?

  4. So, shall we go back to mud huts and subsistent farming? Realise that a lot of modern life is actually great. My advice is to think for yourself and not get trapped in ideological thinking based on broad generalisations.
