  1. Are you an expert on brain function? You're implying that you are and that you know more about the subject than a neurosurgeon with good credentials and 15 years experience as an academic at Harvard. What research have you done on the subject? Any published papers?

  4. I think this makes his claim more credible. He is going against the norm and has little to gain from it. In fact I would think he loses credibility amongst his pairs. The fact that he has a book to sell means little. There are 1000s of NDE stories online to read for free; 3000+ on NDERF alone, and there are already plenty of books.
