I am a 70 yr old male, who suffered from fatty liver. I had the problem for three years that i know of. Extreme Itching on my left arm every winter, and mild itching all over.
Then one morning i was shocked at the colour of my urine, i checked the whites of my eyes, they were yellow.
So after booking a Drs appointment, i searched youtube, and found Sten. In March of this year, i changed my diet, and my exercise, (or the lack of it)
I took the cold turkey route, complete keto, no rice, pasta, sugar, potatoes or bread. No alcohol. Yes, i suffered keto flu, and thought i was in total liver failure.
I developed pain to my left heel, to the point i could not put any weight on it. I also had pain in my neck and both shoulders. But, as my new found life style took hold, so the pains all vanished.
I have lost 30 pounds in weight, my BP is normal and my resting heart rate is slightly above fifty BPM.
Because eggs now play a large part in my daily diet, my eye sight has improved. I have Macular Degeneration to my right eye, but instead of a black hole in the middle of my sight, i now have colour. Yes, my vision is still blurred in that eye, but now far more tolerable.
For years i suffered fainting type attacks just before lunchtime, but not since i cut out sugar. I no longer have to juggle exercise with meals, i get out of bed, and straight on my cross trainer for a hour. A coffee and a dog walk later, i have my 2 egg omelette breakfast, and then do a very brisk 5 mile walk.
I used to have my meals at 1pm and 5pm. I now have a breakfast and dinner, but no lunch. I sleep better, and shorter. When i wake, i am up and ready to go, no laying in to try and make up for a bad nights sleep.
After six months, i am now a little more relaxed with my choice of foods, i bought a loaf of bread about a week ago. It will be mouldy before i get to eat it, so i guess my bad habits have left me, and i didn't really notice.
After this video, i will be adding some occasional fruit to my daily diet.
If you are all wondering why i put such a large comment, then i can tell you, it is to show my gratitude to Sten for getting my death delayed, and my life back on track.
Dr. Ekberg, thank you so much.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2016, went on an immunosuppressive, and then found out how important Vitamin D was for the immune system. In particular, it is critical for decreasing inflammation which is a key component of MS. I went through increasing intake and measuring my blood level for months until I figured out I need 8000 iu per day to stay at 100 ng/ml, which is optimal for MS. (For most people, 10,000 iu per day gets you to 100 ng/ml, 5000 iu per day gets you to 50 ng/ml, etc. So you can see that 2000 iu/day only raises your level by 20 ng/ml, which may still leave you insufficient.)
Just before the Covid-19 outbreak, my doctor told me to stop the immunosuppressant because my B-cell level made me as low as an AIDS patient, and I was in danger of a viral brain infection. I did get Covid-19 but not bad enough to be hospitalized. Ever since then, my only MS medication has been Vitamin D! And I have had no more MS symptoms during the last 5 years.

I'm 39, and a few months ago, I had a few stressful weeks followed by a very stressful interaction with a manager at work. After this I could immediately tell my memory was shot, my speech slowed down, I couldn't find the words, and I forgot the names of people I've known for many years that I had just talked to. I did research, and it all pointed to FTD, so I went to go get an MRI, and nothing showed up, so the Dr just dismissed me and only offered sleeping pills. I didn't take them but have learned to ignore the problems at work. I still need to work on why I can't fall back asleep. However, a recent video by Dr. Ekberg mentioned the benefits of apple cider vinegar before going to sleep. It's only been three nights so far, but I'm already getting way better sleep and am able to fall back asleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. I will continue to do so and report back if it has continued to work. In general, my brain is in slightly better shape now, but it was scary, and I'd like to fully recover. Thank you Dr. Ekberg. You have been a blessing.
